Terms & Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on current market rates for Photographer services in the United States San Francisco area.
- A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total estimated cost is required to secure the Photographer's availability and confirm the booking. The remaining 60% balance is due within fourteen (14) business days following the delivery of final edited images.
- All photography services will be performed by a licensed professional Photographer holding a valid California Business License and a San Francisco City Business Registration Certificate. Full liability insurance of $2,000,000 is maintained for all operations within the United States San Francisco jurisdiction.
- The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images produced. The client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license for personal and internal corporate use. Any commercial redistribution, publication, or third-party licensing requires a separate written agreement and additional fee.
- Weather-related delays or venue changes within the United States San Francisco area will be accommodated at no additional charge, provided the Photographer is notified at least 24 hours in advance.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include overtime beyond the stated hours. Additional coverage will be billed at $150.00 per hour for the lead Photographer and $100.00 per hour for the second photographer.
- All deliverables will be provided in digital format via secure cloud transfer. Physical prints will be shipped via insured courier to the client's designated address within the United States San Francisco metropolitan area at no additional shipping cost.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, United States.
