This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment terms: a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this proposal. The remaining 60% balance shall be settled within 14 business days following the final delivery of all edited and retouched images. Payments may be made via bank transfer to our registered account in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, or through mutually agreed international wire transfer. All fees quoted in this document are exclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate in Uzbekistan, which will be added to the final invoice.
Note: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, the Photographer rates and service pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Uzbekistan Tashkent.Upon completion of all shooting sessions, our Photographer team will deliver the following within the agreed timeline:
- High-resolution digital files (minimum 300 DPI, TIFF and JPEG formats) delivered via secure cloud link within 5 business days of the final shoot date.
- Print-ready files (CMYK, 350 DPI) for any print media applications, delivered within 7 business days.
- A curated selection of 30 hero images, fully retouched and color-graded, delivered within 48 hours for urgent marketing use.
- Full usage license for commercial, editorial, and digital distribution purposes as specified in the attached contract addendum.
Should the client need to cancel or reschedule any portion of the Photographer engagement outlined in this Quotation Estimate, a minimum of 72 hours' written notice is required. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot date will incur a 50% fee of the affected service line. Any amendments to the scope of work must be submitted in writing and will be reflected in a revised Quotation Estimate issued by our office in Uzbekistan Tashkent prior to execution.
