As stated in this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows:
- 50% advance payment ($2,450.50) due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, no later than July 15, 2025.
- 50% balance ($2,450.50) due within 10 business days following final delivery of all photographic assets.
Payments may be made via bank transfer to the account of Studio Lumen Fotografía, C.A., Banco Mercantil, Venezuela Caracas branch, or through any internationally recognized payment gateway. All transactions are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) as agreed upon by both parties, in accordance with applicable Venezuelan foreign exchange regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, the Photographer reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations in Venezuela Caracas.
- The Photographer shall deliver all final edited images within fourteen (14) business days of the event date. The highlight reel video shall be delivered within seventy-two (72) hours of the event conclusion.
- All intellectual property rights to the raw and edited photographs remain with the Photographer (Studio Lumen Fotografía). The client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license for internal corporate use, press releases, and social media promotion.
- Any additional hours of coverage beyond the eight (8) hours specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed at a rate of $150.00 USD per additional hour, subject to prior written approval.
- The Photographer is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to power outages, transportation disruptions, or civil unrest within Venezuela Caracas.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a final invoice. A formal invoice (Factura) will be issued in accordance with the tax regulations of the Servicio Nacional Integrado de Administración Aduanera y Tributaria (SENIAT) of Venezuela.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in the courts of Venezuela Caracas, under the jurisdiction of the applicable commercial law.
- The Photographer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $50,000 USD for the duration of the engagement.
