- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the Photographer services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required to confirm the booking and secure the Photographer's schedule. The remaining balance is due within seven (7) business days following final image delivery.
- All payments shall be made in US Dollars (USD) or Vietnamese Dong (VND) at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of invoicing. Bank transfer to the account of Saigon Lens Photography Co., Ltd., Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- The Photographer and all crew members will adhere to local photography permits and regulations required by the authorities in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. Any additional permits for restricted areas (e.g., government buildings, military zones) will be quoted separately.
- Client is responsible for providing access to shooting locations, models, products, and any props required. The Photographer will provide a detailed shot list and technical requirements at least 48 hours prior to each session.
- All final image files delivered under this Quotation Estimate carry a commercial license for use in marketing, advertising, and editorial materials. The Photographer retains the right to use select images in their professional portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is executed.
- Rescheduling or cancellation by the client within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot date will incur a fee of 25% of the total Quotation Estimate. Cancellations beyond 72 hours are free of charge.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, government-mandated closures, or public health restrictions in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, may affect the schedule. In such cases, the Photographer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule at no additional cost.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below. Upon acceptance, a formal Service Agreement will be issued.
