- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised to reflect current market rates in Zimbabwe Harare.
- All payments are due in United States Dollars (USD) or its equivalent in Zimbabwean Dollars (ZWL) at the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe's published rate on the day of payment.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Photographer's schedule; the remaining 50% is due within seven (7) business days of final image delivery.
- The Photographer retains full copyright of all original images. The client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the delivered images for the agreed purpose. Any commercial redistribution requires written consent from Harare Lens Studio.
- Schedule changes or cancellations made less than 72 hours before the shoot date will incur a 25% cancellation fee on the total Quotation Estimate value.
- Weather-related delays (common during the Zimbabwe Harare rainy season, November to March) will be accommodated at no additional cost, provided rescheduling occurs within 14 days.
- All drone operations are conducted in compliance with the Zimbabwe Civil Aviation Authority (ZCAA) regulations. The Photographer holds a valid Part 107-equivalent drone licence.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party model release fees, location permits, or studio rental costs unless explicitly stated in the scope above.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe and resolved through the Harare Magistrates' Court or by mutual arbitration in Zimbabwe Harare.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the Photographer services described herein, to be performed in Zimbabwe Harare and its surrounding regions as specified.
