Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) installments: forty percent (40%) upon contract execution and prior to the Physicist's departure for Afghanistan Kabul; thirty-five percent (35%) upon completion of the forty-fifth (45th) day of the assignment; and the remaining twenty-five percent (25%) upon final delivery and acceptance of the comprehensive technical report. All payments shall be processed via wire transfer to the account designated by Global Scientific Consulting LLC. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to currency fluctuations, security condition changes in Afghanistan Kabul, or availability of the designated Physicist.
- The client assumes full responsibility for obtaining all necessary work permits, visas, and local authorizations required for the Physicist to operate legally within Afghanistan Kabul.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with fourteen (14) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all costs incurred up to the date of termination, including non-refundable travel and security expenses.
