3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed beyond this period, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Physicist services in Australia Melbourne will be required.

3.2 Payment Terms: Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date. A 25% deposit is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Physicist's availability. The remaining balance shall be invoiced in two equal instalments: 50% upon completion of the computational modelling phase (Item 2.2) and 50% upon delivery of the final technical report (Item 2.4).
