The Physicist assigned to this engagement holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nuclear and Particle Physics from a recognised Belgian or European university, with a minimum of twelve (12) years of post-doctoral research and industry consultancy experience. The Physicist is registered with the Belgian Order of Scientific Consultants and holds valid professional indemnity insurance compliant with the regulations of the Region of Brussels. All work will be conducted in accordance with the ethical and safety standards mandated by the Belgian Federal Science Policy Office (BELSPO) and the European Commission's research framework.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, rates and availability of the Physicist may be subject to revision.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of the mid-project deliverable; 20% upon final acceptance of all work products in Belgium Brussels.
- Currency: All amounts are quoted in Euros (EUR). No foreign exchange adjustments will apply as the service is rendered within Belgium Brussels.
