All deliverables will comply with the technical standards established by the Brazilian National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) and applicable regulatory frameworks of the state of São Paulo.

The Physicist assigned to this engagement holds a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Physics from a recognized Brazilian university (e.g., University of São Paulo – USP, or Federal University of ABC – UFABC) and possesses a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in applied physics, computational modeling, and experimental design. The physicist is registered with the relevant professional council in Brazil and maintains active affiliation with at least one peer-reviewed research group. All work performed will adhere to the ethical and scientific standards expected in the academic and industrial physics communities of São Paulo, Brazil.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Brazil São Paulo.
• Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon delivery of the technical report, and 20% upon final acceptance by the client. Payments shall be made via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account details provided in the formal contract.
