This Quotation Estimate is issued by Quantum Sciences & Advanced Research Consulting Inc. to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Physicist to support advanced research activities within the Canada Montreal metropolitan area. This document serves as a formal proposal outlining the scope of professional services, associated fees, applicable taxes, and contractual terms governing the engagement. All pricing presented in this Quotation Estimate reflects current market rates for specialized Physicist services in Canada Montreal as of the date of issue and is subject to the validity period stated above.

The following Quotation Estimate covers the full-time engagement of a qualified Physicist (Ph.D. in Theoretical or Experimental Physics, minimum 10 years of post-doctoral experience) to perform the following duties within the Canada Montreal research corridor:

Design and execution of experimental protocols for high-energy particle dynamics studies.
Development of computational models and simulation frameworks for quantum field theory applications.
Supervision of a team of four (4) graduate research assistants and two (2) post-doctoral fellows.
Authorship and co-authorship of peer-reviewed publications in international physics journals.
Participation in at least two (2) national or international physics conferences per year, with travel within Canada Montreal and surrounding provinces.
Collaboration with the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR) and the Canadian Light Source (CLS) as required.
Monthly progress reporting to the client's research directorate in Canada Montreal.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly installments as follows:

Quarter 1 (July – September 2025): $81,747.64 (due July 1, 2025)
Quarter 2 (October – December 2025): $81,747.64 (due October 1, 2025)
Quarter 3 (January – March 2026): $81,747.64 (due January 1, 2026)
Quarter 4 (April – June 2026): $81,747.63 (due April 1, 2026)

All payments are to be remitted via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the Canada Montreal office account of Quantum Sciences & Advanced Research Consulting Inc. A 1.5% monthly late fee shall apply to any overdue balance.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the Physicist must be reconfirmed in writing.
The engagement of the Physicist is contingent upon mutual execution of a formal Service Agreement incorporating the terms of this Quotation Estimate.
All work performed under this Quotation Estimate shall be conducted in compliance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada, including but not limited to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the Quebec Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms.
The Physicist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall maintain all necessary professional certifications and shall not be engaged in competing research activities without prior written consent from the client.
Intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and Quantum Sciences & Advanced Research Consulting Inc., as further detailed in the Service Agreement.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and countersigned by both parties. Any modifications to the scope of services must be documented in a written change order approved by both parties.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Canada Montreal, Quebec, in accordance with the Civil Code of Quebec.
All rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable GST and QST as calculated for the Canada Montreal jurisdiction.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Quantum Sciences & Advanced Research Consulting Inc. to proceed with the engagement of the Physicist as described herein, under the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
