  • This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and a Service Agreement is executed.
  • All services shall be performed by the designated Physicist or, in the event of unavailability, by a substitute of equivalent or superior qualifications, with prior written consent from the client.
  • The Physicist shall maintain professional liability insurance in accordance with the Ontario Professional Engineers and Geoscientists Act and applicable Canadian regulatory requirements.
  • Intellectual property generated under this engagement shall be jointly owned unless otherwise specified in a separate IP Addendum to the Service Agreement.
