- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in China Beijing.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract execution, 30% upon completion of Phase 2, and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables by the client.
- All payments shall be made in Chinese Yuan (CNY) via bank transfer to the designated account of Beijing Advanced Scientific Consulting Ltd. in China Beijing.
- The Physicist engaged under this agreement shall maintain full confidentiality of all proprietary data, research findings, and intellectual property belonging to the client. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to commencement of work.
- Any change in scope, additional hours, or extended engagement of the Physicist beyond the quantities stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a written change order and a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- The service provider shall ensure that the Physicist holds all necessary work permits and residence documentation valid for the duration of the engagement in China Beijing.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration under the Beijing Arbitration Commission in accordance with its then-current rules.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement referencing this document.
The Physicist shall deliver all outputs within the China Beijing project site or via secure digital channels as agreed. The anticipated project duration is six (6) months from the date of contract signing. Milestone deliverables include: (a) initial feasibility and methodology report within 30 days; (b) interim progress reports at the end of months 2 and 4; and (c) a comprehensive final technical report with all supporting data within 10 business days of project completion.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms that the costs, scope, and terms outlined herein for the engagement of a Physicist in China Beijing are acceptable and approved for proceeding to contract execution.
