The Physicist professionals engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Physics or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution. Each Physicist must possess a minimum of five (5) years of post-doctoral or equivalent industrial research experience. All Physicist personnel assigned to the China Guangzhou site shall comply with the People's Republic of China foreign expert work permit regulations and shall register with the local Science and Technology Bureau in Guangzhou prior to commencing on-site duties. The Physicist engagement is structured to ensure continuity of research output, with a mandatory 30-day notice period for any substitution of personnel.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly installments, due within thirty (30) days of invoice issuance. The first installment of 25% (CNY 346,885.00) is due upon execution of the definitive service agreement. Subsequent quarterly payments of 25% each shall be due at the end of months three, six, nine, and twelve of the engagement period. All payments shall be remitted via bank transfer to the account designated by Guangzhou Advanced Research & Consulting Ltd. in accordance with PRC foreign exchange regulations applicable to transactions conducted in China Guangzhou.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Physicist team are subject to revision.
The Physicist engagement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this arrangement shall be resolved through arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Guangzhou Sub-Commission.
All intellectual property developed by the Physicist team during the course of work at the China Guangzhou facility shall be jointly owned, as stipulated in the definitive agreement.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting the Guangzhou region, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
The client reserves the right to request a revised Quotation Estimate should the scope of the Physicist engagement change by more than fifteen percent (15%) from the original specification.
All data and research materials handled by the Physicist team in China Guangzhou shall be subject to the PRC Data Security Law and the Personal Information Protection Law.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms that the projected costs for the Physicist services in China Guangzhou are acceptable for budgetary planning purposes. This acceptance does not constitute a binding purchase order; a separate service agreement must be executed to formalize the engagement.
