This Quotation Estimate is issued by Shanghai Quantum Sciences Consulting Ltd. and is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. All pricing is denominated in Chinese Yuan (CNY) and is subject to applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 6% for professional services in China Shanghai.
- The Physicist engagement is contingent upon successful completion of all background checks, academic credential verification, and immigration clearance procedures mandated by the People's Republic of China.
- Payment shall be structured as follows: 20% upon contract execution, 50% upon the Physicist's confirmed arrival and onboarding in China Shanghai, and 30% upon successful completion of the 12-month engagement period.
- All intellectual property generated by the Physicist during the engagement period shall be jointly owned by the Client and the Physicist, as stipulated in a separate Intellectual Property Agreement.

- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the Client and countersigned by the issuing company.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government policy changes in China Shanghai, or international travel restrictions, may result in schedule adjustments without penalty to either party.
