The scope of work covered by this Quotation Estimate includes, but is not limited to: experimental design and methodology review for the university's particle detection laboratory; peer review of ongoing research manuscripts in the fields of condensed matter physics and quantum optics; mentorship and supervision of up to six (6) graduate students enrolled in the Master's and Doctoral programs; participation in two (2) interdisciplinary research seminars per month held in Colombia Medellín; and the preparation of a comprehensive technical report summarizing findings and recommendations for the Faculty of Natural Sciences.

• Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability of the Physicist must be reconfirmed in writing by Andina Scientific Consulting S.A.S.
• Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three (3) equal installments: 40% upon contract signing, 30% at the midpoint of the engagement (end of month two), and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final technical report. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated in the formal service contract.

In the unlikely event of unavailability, an equivalent replacement Physicist with comparable credentials shall be proposed and approved by the client prior to commencement.
• Work Location: All on-site services shall be performed within the metropolitan area of Colombia Medellín, specifically at the client's designated facilities. Travel outside the city limits requires prior written authorization and will be billed separately.
• Confidentiality: The Physicist and Andina Scientific Consulting S.A.S. shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all research data, unpublished findings, and proprietary information encountered during the engagement in Colombia Medellín. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the start of work.
• Intellectual Property: All deliverables, including the final technical report and any supplementary materials produced under this Quotation Estimate, shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
• Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with a minimum of fifteen (15) business days' written notice. In such case, the client shall be invoiced for all services rendered up to the termination date.
• Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the commercial and civil laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of the city of Colombia Medellín, Antioquia.
