- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Egypt Alexandria.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the prototype design phase (Item 2), and 20% upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables.
- All payments shall be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to the account of Alexandria Applied Sciences & Research Consultants, National Bank of Egypt, Alexandria Branch, Account No. 4471-8823-0091.
- The Physicist retains full intellectual property rights over all methodologies, simulation code, and theoretical frameworks developed during the engagement. The client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables for internal research and commercial purposes.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional on-site visits beyond the 8 days allocated in Egypt Alexandria, or extended timelines must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before execution.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein are indicative and subject to the final contractual document.
- Confidentiality: All data, research findings, and proprietary information shared during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Egyptian Law No. 175 of 2018 on Personal Data Protection.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting the Egypt Alexandria region.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Alexandria, Egypt.
