This Quotation Estimate is issued by Cairo Scientific Consulting & Research Services (CSCRS) to provide the services of a qualified Physicist for a period of twelve (12) months, to be deployed at the client's research facility located in Egypt Cairo. The Physicist shall be responsible for the following duties and deliverables:

• Design and supervision of experimental physics research programs in the fields of quantum optics, condensed matter physics, and particle detection systems.
• Development and calibration of laboratory instrumentation, including spectrometers, interferometers, and radiation detection arrays, within the Egypt Cairo research campus.
• Preparation of peer-reviewed research publications, technical reports, and grant proposals in collaboration with the client's academic staff.
• Mentorship and supervision of up to six (6) graduate students and junior research assistants in the Physicist's assigned laboratory.
• Participation in at least two (2) international or national scientific conferences per year, representing the client institution from Egypt Cairo.
• Monthly progress reporting to the client's management, including written summaries and in-person presentations.
• Compliance with all Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regulations governing laboratory safety, radiation handling, and data management.

• Payment shall be made in quarterly installments, due within fifteen (15) business days of the invoice date.
• A mobilization advance of 15% of the total contract value is payable upon execution of the service agreement.
• Payments shall be made via bank transfer to CSCRS's designated account at Commercial International Bank (CIB), Egypt Cairo branch.
• Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 2% per month, in accordance with Egyptian commercial law.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, CSCRS reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations in Egypt Cairo.
• The Physicist engaged under this quotation shall be subject to a background verification and clearance process in compliance with Egyptian labor and security regulations.
• Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In such an event, a pro-rata settlement of remaining fees shall be calculated.
• All intellectual property generated by the Physicist during the term of this engagement shall be jointly owned by CSCRS and the client, as stipulated in the master service agreement.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the formal Service Agreement. It serves solely as a cost projection and scope definition for the Physicist services in Egypt Cairo.
• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Egypt Cairo under the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Center.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms that the scope, pricing, and terms outlined herein for the Physicist engagement in Egypt Cairo are acceptable and understood.
