The Physicist engaged under this quotation shall hold a minimum of a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Physics or a closely related field, with a proven track record of at least ten (10) years of professional experience in research and academic instruction. The candidate must demonstrate familiarity with the Ethiopian higher education framework and the specific regulatory environment governing scientific research in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires re-confirmation of all rates and availability of the Physicist.
- All services shall be rendered on-site at the client's premises in Ethiopia Addis Ababa, unless otherwise agreed in writing for remote or hybrid engagement.
- Payment shall be made in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) via bank transfer to the account designated by the service provider. Invoices are issued monthly in arrears.
- The Physicist shall comply with all applicable Ethiopian labor laws, tax regulations, and institutional policies of the host organization in Addis Ababa.
- Intellectual property generated during the engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and the service provider, as stipulated in a separate IP agreement to be executed prior to commencement.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In such an event, a pro-rata settlement of the Quotation Estimate amounts shall be applied.
- The service provider shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of ETB 5,000,000, valid throughout the Ethiopia Addis Ababa operational period.
- All data and research materials handled by the Physicist shall be subject to the Ethiopian National Data Protection Framework and institutional confidentiality protocols.
