Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to: the development of quantum-mechanical models for novel semiconductor substrates; the design and supervision of experimental protocols at the client's Berlin laboratory; the preparation of peer-reviewed technical reports; and the provision of strategic advisory input to the R&D leadership regarding the feasibility of proposed research pathways.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and terms must be renegotiated in writing.

The Physicist engaged under this estimate shall be bound by a strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary data, research findings, and trade secrets of TechnikUnion AG, in compliance with the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated closures affecting operations in Germany Berlin, shall suspend the obligations of both parties for the duration of the event without penalty.
