The Physicist will operate primarily from the client's premises in Osu, Accra, with occasional travel to satellite research stations within the Greater Accra Region. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Physicist engagement and associated services in Ghana Accra may be subject to revision based on market conditions and exchange rate fluctuations.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the laboratory setup and instrumentation procurement in Ghana Accra, and the remaining 30% upon successful delivery of all project milestones and final reporting.
- All payments shall be made in Ghana Cedis (GHS) via bank transfer to the account of Accra Science & Technology Consultancy Ltd. at Ecobank Ghana, Accra Branch.
- The Physicist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be bound by a strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement covering all proprietary research data, methodologies, and findings generated during the engagement in Ghana Accra.
- Any changes to the scope of services, additional deliverables, or extended timelines for the Physicist's work in Ghana Accra must be documented in a formal change order signed by both parties before implementation.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by our authorized representative.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-imposed restrictions in Ghana Accra, may affect project timelines. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith under such circumstances.
