The candidate has published more than 40 peer-reviewed papers in journals including Physical Review Letters, Nature Physics, and the Journal of Applied Physics. The Physicist has previously served as a Principal Investigator on DST and CSIR-funded projects and is well-versed in the regulatory and academic frameworks governing research institutions in India New Delhi and the broader National Capital Region.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect market conditions in India New Delhi.
• Payment terms: 40% advance upon signing of the service agreement, 40% upon completion of the 6-month milestone, and 20% upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables.
• All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Quantum Sciences & Research Associates Pvt. Ltd., HDFC Bank, Gurugram Branch, India New Delhi NCR region.
• The Physicist shall adhere to the confidentiality and intellectual property policies of the National Institute of Advanced Physics. All research outputs, data sets, and proprietary methodologies developed during the engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client.
• Any scope modification or additional services beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or policy changes affecting research operations in India New Delhi, shall be handled through mutual written agreement.
• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in New Delhi, India.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.

The engagement of the Physicist shall commence within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the advance payment. The full twelve-month project cycle is expected to conclude by 14 June 2026, subject to the milestones outlined in the detailed project plan to be annexed to the final Service Agreement. All interim reports shall be submitted to the client's Research Division in India New Delhi on a monthly basis.
