Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) installments, as follows:
- First Installment (40%): $18,312 – Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and commencement of the Physicist's engagement in Iran Tehran.
- Second Installment (35%): $16,023 – Due at the midpoint of the three-month service period, contingent upon satisfactory interim deliverables.
- Third Installment (25%): $11,445 – Due upon final completion of all deliverables and submission of the closing report to the client in Iran Tehran.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period shall require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market conditions in Iran Tehran.
5.2 The Physicist engaged under this agreement shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and academic ethical standards of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including those enforced by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and the relevant university governing bodies in Iran Tehran.
5.3 All intellectual property, research data, and publications generated during the course of this engagement shall be jointly owned by the Physicist and the client institution, as stipulated in a separate Intellectual Property Addendum to be executed prior to commencement of work in Iran Tehran.
5.4 The client agrees to provide the Physicist with full access to all laboratory facilities, computing resources, and reference libraries at the designated site in Iran Tehran during agreed working hours.
5.5 Any changes to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties. Additional costs arising from scope modifications will be assessed separately and are not included in the total amount stated herein.
5.6 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disagreement, matters shall be referred to the competent courts in Iran Tehran in accordance with the civil code of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms, conditions, and financial obligations set forth in this Quotation Estimate for Physicist services to be rendered in Iran Tehran.
