- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for extension must be submitted in writing to the undersigned office in Iraq Baghdad.
- All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable Iraqi Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 3%.
- The Physicist shall comply with all laws, regulations, and institutional policies of the Republic of Iraq, including those enforced by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Baghdad.
- Any change in scope, duration, or deliverables must be documented through a formal Change Order signed by both parties prior to implementation.
- Payment delays exceeding fifteen (15) business days shall incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
- The Physicist's intellectual property and research outputs shall be jointly owned by the contracting firm and the host institution in Iraq Baghdad, as stipulated in the separate IP Agreement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by Mesopotamia Scientific Consulting Group.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to political instability, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions in Iraq Baghdad, shall be addressed through mutual consultation and may result in schedule adjustments without penalty.
