1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates for the Physicist's services in Israel Jerusalem are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions and the Israel Consumer Price Index (CPI).
2. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three installments: 40% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of on-site Physicist work in Israel Jerusalem, and 20% upon delivery of the final technical report. All payments are due within fourteen (14) business days of invoice date via bank transfer to our account at Bank Hapoalim, Jerusalem branch.
3. Physicist Availability: The designated Physicist shall be available Monday through Friday, 08:00–17:00 Israel Standard Time (IST). Any work performed outside these hours or on Israeli public holidays (including Yom Kippur, Passover, and other recognized dates) shall be billed at 1.5× the standard daily rate.
4. Location and Jurisdiction: All services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed at the client's premises in Israel Jerusalem or at mutually agreed locations within the Jerusalem municipal boundaries. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Jerusalem.
5. Confidentiality: The Physicist shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all data, methodologies, and proprietary information encountered during the engagement in Israel Jerusalem. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of work.
6. Cancellation: Cancellation by the client after acceptance of this Quotation Estimate shall incur a fee of 25% of the total estimated value. Cancellation by the Physicist due to force majeure shall be handled on a case-by-case basis with full refund of unused fees.
7. Insurance and Liability: The Physicist is covered under a professional liability policy held by Jerusalem Advanced Sciences & Consulting Ltd. The client is responsible for ensuring that their facility in Israel Jerusalem meets all safety and regulatory requirements for the Physicist's work.
8. Intellectual Property: All reports, analyses, and deliverables produced by the Physicist under this Quotation Estimate shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Physicist retains the right to reference the work in academic publications with prior written consent.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Physicist in Israel Jerusalem. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon countersignature by both parties.
