1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the designated Physicist are subject to re-evaluation.
2. All services shall be performed in strict compliance with Italian labor law, data protection regulations (GDPR / D.Lgs. 196/2003), and applicable European Union directives governing scientific research activities.
3. The Physicist engaged under this contract shall maintain full professional confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, methodologies, and intellectual property belonging to the client. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of work.
