4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates for the Physicist engagement may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
4.2 Payment Terms: A 40% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be payable in two equal monthly instalments upon completion of the respective service phases. All payments shall be made in CFA Francs (XOF) via bank transfer to the designated account in Abidjan.
4.3 Scope Modifications: Any changes to the scope of the Physicist's responsibilities, additional hours, or extended timelines must be documented in a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and signed by both parties before work commences.
