- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Japan Kyoto and currency fluctuations.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract execution, 40% at the six-month milestone, and 30% upon successful completion of the twelve-month engagement.
- The Physicist shall comply with all applicable Japanese labor laws, tax obligations, and institutional policies of the host organization in Kyoto.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in Section 2 shall be subject to a separate supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the undersigned.
- Confidentiality: All research data, experimental results, and proprietary methodologies developed during the engagement in Japan Kyoto shall remain the intellectual property of the client institution.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with sixty (60) days written notice. In such cases, fees will be prorated based on services rendered up to the termination date.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
- All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Kyoto District Court, Japan.
