• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
• The Physicist engagement is contingent upon successful completion of background verification, academic credential validation, and the issuance of an appropriate work visa by the Osaka Regional Immigration Bureau.
• All intellectual property generated by the Physicist during the engagement period at the Japan Osaka facility shall be jointly owned by Meridian Scientific Consulting K.K. and Kishimoto Advanced Research Institute, as detailed in a separate Intellectual Property Agreement.
• Meridian Scientific Consulting K.K. reserves the right to substitute the assigned Physicist with a candidate of equivalent or superior qualifications, subject to prior written approval by the client.

• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Japan Osaka region (earthquakes, typhoons, volcanic activity), shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
