- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Physicist may be subject to revision.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 35% upon delivery of the theoretical framework document, and the remaining 25% upon final project acceptance. All payments shall be made in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) via bank transfer to the account specified by Meridian Scientific Consulting LLC.
- Location of Services: All on-site services shall be performed at the client's premises in Kuwait Kuwait City or at such other location within the State of Kuwait as mutually agreed in writing. The Physicist shall comply with all local regulations, safety protocols, and institutional policies of the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research.
- Intellectual Property: All deliverables, reports, and documentation produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Physicist retains the right to reference the engagement in professional portfolios with prior written consent from the client.
- Confidentiality: The Physicist and all associated personnel shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all data, research findings, and proprietary information encountered during the course of this engagement in Kuwait Kuwait City. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to commencement of work.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Kuwait.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kuwait City in accordance with the Kuwait Arbitration Law.
- Subcontracting: The Physicist shall not subcontract any portion of the work described in this Quotation Estimate without prior written approval from the client.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Physicist for the specified services in Kuwait Kuwait City.
