This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the formal request submitted by the client for the engagement of a qualified Physicist to provide specialized consulting, research oversight, and technical advisory services within the metropolitan area of Mexico, Mexico City. The Physicist designated to execute the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Theoretical and Applied Physics from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), Mexico City. He possesses over fifteen years of professional experience in quantum mechanics, condensed matter physics, and computational modeling. His credentials are registered with the Colegio de Físicos de México and he maintains an active CONACYT researcher profile. All work performed in Mexico, Mexico City will adhere to the ethical and professional standards established by the Mexican Academy of Sciences (Academia Mexicana de Ciencias).
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of all rates and availability of the Physicist.
4.2 Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of on-site services in Mexico, Mexico City, and 20% upon final delivery of all technical documentation. Payments shall be made in Mexican Pesos (MXN) via bank transfer to the account designated in the formal contract.
4.3 The Physicist reserves the right to adjust hourly rates by up to 5% should the scope of work expand beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate. Any such adjustment requires prior written approval from the client.
4.4 All intellectual property generated during the engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and the Physicist, as stipulated in the separate Intellectual Property Agreement to be executed concurrently with the service contract.
4.5 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the Civil Code of the State of Mexico City and the Federal Civil Code of the United Mexican States. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of the services herein shall be resolved through arbitration in Mexico, Mexico City, in accordance with the rules of the Centro de Arbitraje y Conciliación de la CDMX.
4.6 The Physicist shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of MXN 2,000,000 for the duration of the engagement in Mexico, Mexico City.
4.7 Confidentiality: All data, proprietary information, and research materials shared during the course of this engagement are subject to a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) valid for five (5) years following the termination of services.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing structure outlined for the engagement of the Physicist in Mexico, Mexico City. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
