This Quotation Estimate is issued by Myanmar Scientific Advisory Group (MSAG) in response to the formal request from the Yangon University of Technology for the engagement of a qualified Physicist to provide specialized scientific consulting, research supervision, and technical advisory services within the Myanmar Yangon metropolitan area. The scope encompasses a twelve-month engagement period commencing on 1 October 2025 and concluding on 30 September 2026.
The Physicist to be engaged shall hold a minimum of a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Theoretical or Applied Physics from an internationally recognized institution, with a minimum of ten (10) years of post-doctoral research experience. The candidate must demonstrate proven expertise in at least one of the following sub-disciplines: condensed matter physics, nuclear and particle physics, quantum optics, or computational physics. The Physicist will be based in Myanmar Yangon and is expected to maintain a minimum of four (4) days per week on-site presence at the client's designated laboratory facilities in the Hledan Township area.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires re-confirmation of all rates and availability of the Physicist.
- All monetary values are quoted in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) with approximate United States Dollar (USD) equivalents provided for reference only. The exchange rate used for this Quotation Estimate is 1 USD = 19,050 MMK as of 15 June 2025.
- Payment shall be made in monthly installments within fifteen (15) business days of the end of each calendar month, via bank transfer to the account designated by MSAG in Yangon, Myanmar.
- The Physicist shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, including but not limited to the Immigration Law, the Work Permit regulations, and the Myanmar National Science and Technology Authority (MOST) guidelines.
- Any changes to the scope of work, including additional research projects, extended advisory hours, or reassignment to a different location within Myanmar Yangon, must be documented in a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and signed by both parties.
- MSAG reserves the right to substitute the Physicist with a candidate of equivalent or superior qualifications, subject to prior written approval by the client.
- All intellectual property, research data, and publications generated during the engagement period shall be jointly owned by the client and the Physicist, as stipulated in a separate Intellectual Property Agreement to be executed prior to commencement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties before any work commences.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Yangon, Myanmar, in accordance with the Myanmar Arbitration Law.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined herein for the engagement of a Physicist in Myanmar Yangon. This acceptance does not constitute a final contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed.
