- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 30% upon completion of the first six months, and the remaining 30% upon successful completion of the full twelve-month engagement period.
- All payments shall be made in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) via bank transfer to the account designated by Advanced Scientific Research & Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu, Nepal.
- The Physicist engagement is governed by the Labour Act of Nepal (2074) and applicable regulations of the Nepal Government. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal.
- The client reserves the right to request a performance review at the end of each quarter. Unsatisfactory performance may lead to renegotiation of terms or early termination with a 30-day written notice.
- All intellectual property, research data, and publications generated during the engagement period shall be jointly owned by the client institution and the Physicist, as per the mutual agreement signed at the commencement of the contract.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties before any work commences.
- Any additional services, extended durations, or scope modifications beyond what is described herein will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written consent.
- The Physicist is expected to comply with all institutional policies, safety protocols, and ethical guidelines of the host institution in Nepal Kathmandu.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters (earthquakes, floods), government-imposed restrictions, or pandemics, shall exempt both parties from liability for delayed or interrupted services.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined herein for the engagement of the Physicist in Nepal Kathmandu.
