- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates for the Physicist services in New Zealand Auckland are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions.
- All payments are to be made in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) to the nominated bank account. Invoices will be issued monthly in arrears, with payment due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date in accordance with New Zealand commercial practice.
- The Physicist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall operate in full compliance with all applicable New Zealand legislation, including the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, the Radiation Protection Act 2005, and all local bylaws applicable in New Zealand Auckland.
