- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed beyond this period, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Physicist services in New Zealand Wellington will be required.
- All payments are to be made in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) via bank transfer to the account details provided upon acceptance. Payment terms are 50% upon contract execution and 50% upon delivery of the final technical report.
- The Physicist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with all applicable New Zealand health and safety legislation, including the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, and shall carry appropriate professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of NZD $5,000,000.
- All intellectual property, data, and findings generated by the Physicist during the course of this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client, Wellington Regional Energy Authority, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any variation to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be approved in writing by both parties. Additional Physicist hours beyond the agreed scope will be billed at the standard hourly rate of NZD $231.25 per hour.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by an authorised representative of Meridian Physics Consulting Ltd.
- All services will be performed within the New Zealand Wellington region. Should the Physicist be required to travel outside this region, additional travel costs will be quoted separately prior to commencement.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the District Court of Wellington.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing set out in this Quotation Estimate for the Physicist consulting services to be delivered in New Zealand Wellington. This acceptance constitutes a binding agreement between the parties.
