Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule, payable to Apex Scientific Consultancy Ltd. via bank transfer to the designated account in Abuja, Nigeria:
- 30% Advance Payment: Due upon client acceptance and execution of the service agreement (NGN 8,355,000).
- Monthly Installments: The remaining 70% shall be disbursed in equal monthly installments of NGN 1,949,583 over the 12-month engagement period, payable within 14 days of each month's service delivery.
- Final Settlement: Any outstanding balance, including VAT adjustments, shall be settled within 21 days of the completion of the Physicist's contract term.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Nigeria Abuja.
- The Physicist engaged under this quotation shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a code of professional conduct consistent with the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and the Nigerian Association of Physicists (NAP) ethical guidelines.
- Any change in scope, extension of the engagement period, or modification of deliverables must be documented in a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties.
