The Physicist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliver the following outputs while operating in Nigeria Lagos:

3.1 Conduct a comprehensive review of the client's existing physical systems, energy infrastructure, and materials processing workflows to identify areas where advanced physics principles can improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.

3.2 Develop and execute computational models using finite element analysis, computational fluid dynamics, and quantum mechanical simulations to support the client's research and development objectives.

3.3 Provide weekly progress reports and a final comprehensive technical report at the conclusion of the six-month engagement period, all prepared in accordance with international scientific publishing standards.

3.4 Deliver four structured training sessions for the client's internal team, covering topics including thermodynamic optimization, electromagnetic field analysis, and statistical mechanics applications relevant to the client's industry.

3.5 Serve as the primary technical liaison between the client and any external research institutions, regulatory bodies, or international partners based in or operating within Nigeria Lagos.

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates and availability of the Physicist.

4.2 Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the third month, and the remaining 30% upon final delivery of all reports and completion of training sessions.

4.3 All payments shall be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via bank transfer to the account of Lagos Scientific Consulting & Research Services Ltd., First Bank of Nigeria, Victoria Island Branch, Nigeria Lagos.

4.4 The Physicist shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, trade secrets, and intellectual property belonging to the client. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of work.

4.5 Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary agreement and additional charges at the rates specified herein.

4.6 This engagement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Lagos in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, LFN 2004.

Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, West Africa Time) for the Physicist's engagement. Overtime or weekend work, if required by the client, will be billed at 1.5 times the standard monthly rate pro-rated per hour. All costs are exclusive of any applicable withholding tax, which shall be the responsibility of the client as per Nigerian tax regulations.
