This Quotation Estimate is formally issued to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with the engagement of a qualified Physicist for professional consultancy, research support, and technical advisory services within the metropolitan area of Pakistan Karachi. The scope of this document covers all anticipated deliverables, hourly and project-based rates, travel allowances, and ancillary expenses that may be incurred during the course of the engagement. This Quotation Estimate is prepared in accordance with the professional standards expected by academic institutions, industrial research laboratories, and corporate entities operating in Pakistan Karachi.
The Physicist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following services tailored to the specific needs of the client in Pakistan Karachi:

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates for the Physicist and associated services may be revised to reflect market conditions in Pakistan Karachi.
4.2 Payment shall be made in three (3) equal installments: 40% upon signing of the service agreement, 35% upon completion of the mid-project deliverables, and 25% upon final acceptance of all reports and services by the client.
4.3 The Physicist and support staff shall adhere to all applicable laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including data protection guidelines issued by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) where relevant.
4.4 Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval by the client.
4.5 All intellectual property generated during the engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and the Physicist consultancy, unless otherwise stipulated in a separate IP agreement.
4.6 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Karachi in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, rates, and scope of services outlined herein for the engagement of the Physicist and associated personnel in Pakistan Karachi.
