- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability of the Physicist are subject to re-evaluation and possible adjustment.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the training workshop, and 30% upon final delivery of all technical reports. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified in the formal contract.
- All services will be performed in compliance with the regulations of the Peruvian Ministry of Production (PRODUCE) and the applicable professional standards for scientific consulting in Peru Lima.
- The Physicist reserves the right to modify the scope of work with prior written notice of at least fifteen (15) business days. Any such modifications will be reflected in a revised Quotation Estimate issued to the client.
- Intellectual property generated during the engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and the Physicist, as detailed in the master service agreement to be executed upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Peru Lima region, shall suspend obligations under this agreement without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by the Physicist and the authorized representative of the client.
