This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the formal request for professional services rendered by a qualified Physicist to support the Applied Physics Research Programme in Qatar Doha. The Physicist engaged under this Quotation Estimate will operate primarily from the client's research facilities located in the Education City district of Doha, Qatar, with occasional travel to partner institutions across the State of Qatar.

The Physicist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables over a twelve-month contract period:

Attendance at a minimum of four (4) international physics conferences per year, with travel expenses itemised separately in this Quotation Estimate.
Development of a structured training curriculum for undergraduate physics students at partner universities in Doha.

Payment against this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: an initial mobilisation payment of twenty-five percent (25%) upon contract execution in Qatar Doha; monthly progress payments of the remaining professional fees, due on the fifth (5th) business day of each subsequent month; and a final settlement of the end-of-service gratuity provision upon successful completion of the twelve-month engagement. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Physicist or the contracting agency, in Qatari Riyals (QAR), to the local banking institution in Doha.

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Qatar Doha.

Regulatory Compliance: The engagement of the Physicist shall be conducted in full compliance with the Qatari Labour Law (Law No. 14 of 2004, as amended), the Qatar National Research Fund regulations, and all applicable federal and municipal bylaws of the State of Qatar.

Intellectual Property: All research outputs, publications, and proprietary data generated by the Physicist during the term of this Quotation Estimate shall be jointly owned by the client and the Physicist, as stipulated in a separate Intellectual Property Agreement to be executed prior to commencement of work in Qatar Doha.

Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all costs incurred up to the date of termination as detailed in this Quotation Estimate.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the rules of the Qatar International Centre for Conciliation and Arbitration (QICCA).

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for the Physicist engagement in Qatar Doha and authorises the commencement of the services described herein upon execution of the definitive contract. The Physicist's qualifications, academic credentials, and professional references have been verified and are available for inspection upon request.
