The candidate must possess a minimum of eight (8) years of documented research experience, with at least three (3) years conducted within a laboratory environment in Russia Moscow or another recognized research institution. Fluency in Russian is mandatory, and working proficiency in English is required for international collaboration and publication purposes.

The Physicist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be expected to deliver the following within the twelve-month contract period:
- Completion of a minimum of two (2) peer-reviewed publications in internationally indexed journals (Scopus / Web of Science) related to quantum materials research.
- Participation in at least one (1) national or international scientific conference held in Russia Moscow or abroad, presenting original research findings.
- Supervision of no fewer than two (2) postgraduate research students (PhD candidates) affiliated with the Institute.
- Submission of a comprehensive annual research progress report to the Institute's Scientific Council by 31 August of the contract year.
- Maintenance of laboratory equipment and compliance with all safety and regulatory standards enforced by the Russian Federation's Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Ecology, Technology and Nuclear Safety (Rostekhnadzor).
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision without prior notice.
- Payment Terms: Invoicing shall be conducted on a monthly basis. Payment is due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice receipt via bank transfer to the account of Moscow Scientific Advisory Group LLC, Sberbank, Moscow, Russia. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 0.1% per calendar day.
- Contract Duration: The engagement of the Physicist is for a fixed term of twelve (12) months, renewable by mutual written agreement no later than sixty (60) days prior to the expiry date.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination for convenience, the client shall be liable for all costs incurred up to the effective date of termination as detailed in this Quotation Estimate.
- Intellectual Property: All research outputs, data, and publications generated by the Physicist during the term of engagement shall be the joint property of the Physicist and the State Research Institute, governed by the applicable provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
- Confidentiality: The Physicist shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary data, experimental methodologies, and unpublished results encountered during the engagement in Russia Moscow.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration at the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Moscow Scientific Advisory Group LLC to proceed with the recruitment and engagement of the Physicist as described herein for the Russia Moscow research facility.
