The following Quotation Estimate reflects our standard rates for specialist scientific personnel deployed within the Russia Saint Petersburg metropolitan area. All pricing is denominated in Russian Rubles (RUB) and is inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 20% as governed by the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.

The Physicist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties at the client's premises in Russia Saint Petersburg:

Conduct advanced theoretical and experimental research in particle dynamics, quantum chromodynamics, and high-energy physics.
Develop, model, and validate computational simulations for collider data analysis.
Supervise and mentor a team of up to six junior researchers and doctoral candidates.
Prepare and co-author peer-reviewed publications in internationally recognized physics journals.
Participate in grant proposal development for the Russian Science Foundation and international funding bodies.
Deliver technical presentations and seminars to the broader scientific community in Saint Petersburg and beyond.
Ensure full compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory standards mandated by the Russian Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Ecology, Technology and Nuclear Safety (Rostekhnadzor).

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, all rates and availability of the proposed Physicist are subject to re-evaluation.
Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 60% payable in equal monthly installments over the twelve-month engagement period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Quantum Sciences & Research Partners LLC, Sberbank, Saint Petersburg branch.
The Physicist shall be engaged under a fixed-term labor contract in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. The contract duration shall be twelve (12) months, renewable by mutual written agreement.
All services shall be rendered at the client's designated laboratory facility in Russia Saint Petersburg, unless otherwise agreed in writing for off-site research activities.
Intellectual property generated during the course of the engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and the Physicist, as stipulated in a separate IP agreement to be executed prior to commencement of work.
Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice period of sixty (60) calendar days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment to the remaining fees outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall apply.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of the Arbitration Court of Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, Russia.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all research data, methodologies, and proprietary information exchanged during the term of this Quotation Estimate and any subsequent contract.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein for the engagement of the proposed Physicist in Russia Saint Petersburg.
