Design and validation of experimental setups, including particle detection systems, optical instrumentation, and thermal analysis equipment.
Technical review and peer evaluation of research proposals, engineering designs, and scientific publications.
On-site technical supervision and quality assurance for physics-related installations at client facilities in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
Preparation of detailed technical reports, feasibility studies, and regulatory compliance documentation in accordance with Saudi Arabian Standards Organization (SASO) requirements.
Mentorship and training sessions for in-house engineering and research teams on advanced physics principles and methodologies.
Collaboration with local academic institutions in Riyadh, including King Saud University and King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), for joint research initiatives.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond this period shall require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to the designated account of Advanced Scientific Solutions Ltd. Payment terms: 40% upon contract signing, 30% at mid-project milestone, and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance.
The Physicist assigned to this engagement shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Physics (or equivalent) with at least eight (8) years of professional experience in applied or experimental physics. The candidate shall be fully compliant with Saudi Arabian labor laws and hold a valid Iqama or work permit for Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
All intellectual property, research findings, and technical documentation produced under this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client, as stipulated in the master service agreement.
The Physicist shall adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia Riyadh, including those issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) where relevant.
Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal change order and a supplementary Quotation Estimate approved in writing by both parties.
Confidentiality: All proprietary information, client data, and project details shared during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted and countersigned by both parties. The governing law for any disputes shall be the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
