- This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client will provide secure access to all project sites within Dakar, Senegal, including the Almadies coastal zone and the Plateau administrative district, during the agreed working hours (08:00–17:00 GMT).
- Costs for international airfare to Blaise Diagne International Airport (DSS) are excluded and shall be borne by the client.
- Any additional field measurements, site visits, or report revisions beyond the scope defined in Section 2 will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the Physicist prior to execution.
- The Physicist is not responsible for permitting, regulatory approvals, or construction activities in Senegal; his role is strictly limited to scientific analysis, reporting, and advisory.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
- Payment shall be made in West African CFA Francs (XOF) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Physicist in Dakar, Senegal. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.
- All intellectual property, reports, and data generated by the Physicist under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full and final payment.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% cancellation fee on the remaining balance.
- This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Senegal, and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dakar, Senegal, in accordance with the rules of the Senegalese Chamber of Commerce.
- The Physicist shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 50,000,000 XOF throughout the duration of the engagement in Senegal Dakar.
