4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Physicist service rates and availability may be subject to revision.
4.2 Payment Terms: A 40% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be payable in two equal instalments: 30% upon completion of the experimental phase and 30% upon delivery of the final technical report. All payments are to be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) to the bank account of Meridian Physics Advisory Pte Ltd, Singapore Singapore.
4.3 Physicist Availability: The Lead Physicist and supporting team shall be dedicated exclusively to the client's project in Singapore Singapore for the duration specified in this Quotation Estimate. Any change in scope or extension of the engagement period will require a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued in writing.
