This Quotation Estimate is issued by Seoul Advanced Research & Consulting Group (SARCG) to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the professional engagement of a qualified Physicist to be deployed and utilized within the metropolitan area of South Korea Seoul. The Physicist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Physics or a closely related field (including but not limited to Quantum Mechanics, Condensed Matter Physics, Nuclear Physics, or Applied Physics) and shall possess a minimum of ten (10) years of post-doctoral research or industry experience. The Physicist will be based at the client's designated facility in Seoul, South Korea, and will operate in accordance with all applicable Korean labor regulations, scientific ethics codes, and institutional safety protocols.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
Payment shall be structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon contract execution, 40% at the six-month milestone, and 30% upon successful completion and delivery of the final Physicist project report.
All payments shall be made in Korean Won (KRW) via bank transfer to the SARCG designated account in Seoul, South Korea. International wire transfers in USD will be converted at the Bank of Korea's mid-market rate on the day of transaction.
The Physicist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement in accordance with the Korean Commercial Act and the Korean Patent Act.
SARCG shall ensure full compliance with the Korean Employment Act, the National Pension Act, and all relevant municipal regulations applicable to foreign professional workers residing and working in Seoul, South Korea.
Any scope changes, additional Physicist engagements, or extended project timelines must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties before work commences.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any services.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or any subsequent agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Seoul, South Korea, under the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB).

The Physicist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall deliver the following key outputs during the twelve-month engagement period in South Korea Seoul:

Monthly technical progress reports detailing experimental findings, data analysis, and recommendations.
Quarterly strategic review presentations to the client's executive team.
A comprehensive final project report (minimum 150 pages) summarizing all research outcomes, methodologies, and future recommendations.
Minimum of two (2) peer-reviewed publications in internationally recognized physics journals.
Full transfer of all data, models, and intellectual property to the client upon project completion.
