This includes literature review, experimental design, data acquisition, and peer-reviewed publication support.
• Lecturing and Supervision: Delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in core physics modules. Supervision of a minimum of six (6) postgraduate research students (MSc and PhD) throughout the academic year in Sri Lanka Colombo.
• Consultancy and Advisory: Provision of expert advisory services to the Department of Applied Physics regarding curriculum development, laboratory equipment procurement, and research grant applications to international funding bodies.
• Collaborative Projects: Participation in at least two (2) joint research projects with international partner institutions, including travel coordination and virtual collaboration sessions.
• Public Engagement: Representation of the institution at national and international physics conferences, with a minimum of two (2) presentations per academic year in Colombo and abroad.
• Quality Assurance: Monthly progress reporting to the Head of Department, submission of quarterly research output summaries, and participation in annual performance review cycles.

• Quarterly Installments: The remaining 75% shall be disbursed in three equal quarterly installments (LKR 2,595,000 each), payable within thirty (30) days of the end of each quarter, subject to satisfactory progress reports.
• Payment Method: All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Colombo Scientific Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd. at Commercial Bank of Ceylon, Colombo Main Branch.
• Late Payment: A penalty of 2% per month shall apply to any overdue amounts beyond the stipulated payment window.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
• The engagement of the Physicist is contingent upon successful completion of background verification, academic credential authentication, and clearance from the Sri Lanka Police Criminal Investigation Department.

• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a final contract. A formal Service Agreement shall be executed upon mutual acceptance of all terms herein.
• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka, in accordance with the Arbitration Act No. 11 of 1995 of Sri Lanka.
• The Physicist shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Sri Lanka, including the Employment Act, the Income Tax Act, and relevant university by-laws.
