The candidate possesses demonstrated expertise in particle physics, quantum field theory, and computational modeling. The Physicist must be fluent in English and Arabic to facilitate effective communication with faculty members, students, and administrative staff across Sudan Khartoum. The engaged Physicist is expected to deliver the following outcomes during the contract period in Sudan Khartoum:

• Completion of at least two (2) peer-reviewed research publications in internationally recognized physics journals.
• Supervision of a minimum of three (3) postgraduate (MSc or PhD) students in the Department of Physics, University of Khartoum.
• Delivery of a full semester course (16 weeks) in Advanced Quantum Mechanics or Nuclear Physics for undergraduate students.
• Participation in at least one (1) national scientific symposium hosted in Khartoum or another Sudanese city.
• Submission of a comprehensive end-of-contract research report to the Faculty of Science administration.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be disbursed in three (3) installments as follows:

• First Installment (40%): USD 57,960.00 – payable within fourteen (14) days of contract signing and confirmed arrival of the Physicist in Sudan Khartoum.
• Second Installment (35%): USD 50,715.00 – payable at the midpoint of the contract (month six), subject to satisfactory interim performance review.
• Third Installment (25%): USD 36,225.00 – payable within thirty (30) days of contract completion and submission of the final research report.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing is subject to revision based on prevailing exchange rates and market conditions in Sudan Khartoum.
• All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via international wire transfer to the designated account of the contracting institution in Khartoum.
• The Physicist shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Sudan, including but not limited to the Sudanese Labor Act and immigration statutes governing foreign professionals.
• Either party may terminate this engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, pro-rata payment shall be calculated based on services rendered up to the termination date.
• All intellectual property generated by the Physicist during the course of this engagement in Sudan Khartoum shall be jointly owned by the Physicist and the University of Khartoum, as stipulated in a separate Intellectual Property Agreement.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally signed and countersigned by both parties and approved by the relevant university senate committee.
