This Quotation Estimate is issued by Quantum Sciences & Advisory Group Co., Ltd. to formally propose the professional services of a Physicist to be deployed and utilized within the Bangkok, Thailand operational environment. The Physicist engaged under this quotation shall hold a minimum of a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Theoretical or Applied Physics, with no fewer than twelve (12) years of post-doctoral research experience in condensed matter physics, quantum materials, or nanoscale engineering. The Physicist will be based at the client's Bangkok laboratory premises and will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer.

The engagement is structured to support the Advanced Materials Research Programme – Phase II, which requires specialized Physicist expertise in computational modelling of superconducting compounds, spectroscopic analysis, and the development of novel photonic devices. All work will be conducted in compliance with the National Science, Technology and Innovation Policy and Plan of Thailand (13th Plan, 2023–2027) and the regulations of the National Science, Research and Innovation Development Agency (NSRF) of Thailand.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly instalments, due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. The first instalment of 25% (THB 1,500,969.25) is payable upon execution of the service agreement. Subsequent quarterly payments of 25% each shall be due on the 1st of January, April, July, and October 2025. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Quantum Sciences & Advisory Group Co., Ltd., Siam Commercial Bank, Bangkok Business Park Branch, Account No. 012-3-45678-9. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Physicist are subject to reconfirmation.
The Physicist identified for this engagement shall not be substituted without the prior written consent of the client. In the event of unavoidable absence, a replacement Physicist of equivalent or superior qualifications will be proposed at no additional cost.
All intellectual property, research data, and publications generated during the engagement in Thailand Bangkok shall be jointly owned by the client and Quantum Sciences & Advisory Group Co., Ltd., as stipulated in the separate Intellectual Property Agreement.
The Physicist shall comply with all applicable Thai labour laws, immigration regulations (if applicable), and the data protection provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties before any work commences.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Bangkok, Thailand, shall suspend obligations under this quotation without penalty to either party.
Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent agreement shall be resolved through mediation under the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute, with the seat of arbitration in Bangkok, Thailand.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Physicist in Thailand Bangkok. This acceptance does not obligate either party until a formal Service Agreement is countersigned.
