- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all prices listed herein are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Turkey Ankara.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the account of Ankara Scientific Consulting Group Ltd. A 10% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Physicist's availability.
- Commencement: The Physicist shall commence duties in Turkey Ankara within fifteen (15) business days following the receipt of the advance payment and completion of all work permit and social security registrations.
- Scope Changes: Any modification to the scope of the Physicist's responsibilities, including additional research projects or extended laboratory hours, shall be documented in a supplementary Quotation Estimate and requires written approval from both parties.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all costs incurred up to the termination date, including the Physicist's relocation and accommodation expenses in Turkey Ankara.
- Confidentiality: The Physicist shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary research data, experimental results, and intellectual property developed during the engagement in Turkey Ankara. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to commencement.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Turkey Ankara.
