This Quotation Estimate is issued by Anatolia Scientific Consulting Ltd. in response to the formal request submitted by Marmara Advanced Research Institute (MARI) for the professional engagement of a Physicist to support ongoing and upcoming research programmes conducted within the Turkey Istanbul metropolitan area. The scope of this estimate covers the full spectrum of professional services to be rendered by a qualified Physicist, including but not limited to theoretical analysis, experimental design, data modelling, peer review of research manuscripts, and on-site laboratory supervision at the client's facilities located in Istanbul, Turkey.
The Physicist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Physics or a closely related discipline (e.g., Quantum Mechanics, Condensed Matter Physics, or Applied Nuclear Physics) and shall possess no fewer than eight (8) years of post-doctoral professional experience. The candidate must be fluent in both Turkish and English to facilitate seamless communication with the multidisciplinary research teams operating across the Turkey Istanbul research corridor.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period shall require a revised estimate reflecting current market rates for Physicist services in Turkey Istanbul.
- All monetary values stated in this document are denominated in Turkish Lira (TRY). In the event of significant currency fluctuation exceeding 15% during the contract term, either party may request a proportional adjustment to the remaining balance.
- Payment shall be made in monthly instalments via bank transfer to the Anatolia Scientific Consulting Ltd. account at Ziraat Bankası, Istanbul branch. A 1.5% late-payment penalty shall apply to any invoice settled more than fourteen (14) days past its due date, in accordance with Turkish commercial law (Türk Ticaret Kanunu).
- The Physicist engaged under this arrangement shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Intellectual Property Assignment clause. All research outputs, data sets, and proprietary models generated during the engagement in Turkey Istanbul shall remain the exclusive property of MARI.
- Anatolia Scientific Consulting Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the Physicist candidate with a professionally equivalent alternative, subject to prior written approval by the client, should the original candidate become unavailable due to force majeure or personal circumstances.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement, governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey and subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul Commercial Courts, shall be executed upon mutual written acceptance of this estimate.
- All services shall be performed in compliance with the regulations of the Turkish Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology (Bilim, Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı) and applicable TÜBİTAK research-ethics guidelines.
- Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Quotation Estimate shall first be subject to good-faith mediation in Istanbul, Turkey, before escalation to formal arbitration under the Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC) rules.
By signing below, the client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the scope, cost, and terms for the engagement of a Physicist in Turkey Istanbul as described herein. This signature authorises Anatolia Scientific Consulting Ltd. to proceed with the recruitment and onboarding process upon receipt of the first monthly payment.
